The Flora Women's Mini Marathon is a 10k event and is the worlds largest all female event of its kind! It is the perfect event for those who are new to walking and it is a great excuse for a girly weekend away in Dublin!
Girl Power was out in force again this year as over 40,000 walkers, runners, and joggers took part in the Flora Mini Marathon.It was a beautiful warm and very sunny day. Spirits were very high it was a really great day for a Marathon. Our team was amazing and the bra’s fantastic. A lot of attention was given to us from supporters and walkers
With live bands playing at each Km marker it really gave the event great energy which boosted us all along the route - any excuse for a sing song! We all crossed the finishing line in great times and high spirits -everyone had a smile on their face as they were awarded their well earned medals!"
