Register your interest for volunteering at The MoonWalk Edinburgh 2009. The date is yet to be confirmed
We are looking for all sorts of people to do many different jobs, for example, do you know London well, or are you an advanced driver with a clean driving licence or a confident cyclist? Then you could be one of our
recovery vehicle drivers or one of our cycle team ... Are you good at managing people? We need team leaders. Maybe you are great with computers... then we need your help in our registration office. We are also looking for qualified massage therapists to pamper the walkers before they set off on their challenge.
Perhaps you find it easy to be patient and to encourage others...then we need you as a marshal on our route. Or it could be you’re a night person, and it’s easy for you to be enthusiastic and encouraging when people need it the most! We cannot guarantee specific jobs but the more we know about you the better for both of us - maybe you have talents that we could put to use on the night! Alternatively are you an early morning person? We need fresh energy to relieve the overnight crew early on the Sunday morning.
