...preparing 15,000 flapjacks!

Very very very many thanks to you all!!!

As ever the Volunteer Team did a magnificent job at the Playtex MoonWalk - be it in the set up time on Saturday, the evening, overnight or on Sunday morning!  We could not have had such a successful, fun event without you.  Messages in praise of volunteers have begun to flood in by phone, email and across the Walk the Walk Forum and we hope to feature as many as possible as they arrive, along with some photograpghs too.

"

I have volunteered for four years and cannot put into words how humbling the experience has been for me, or the enormous sense of well being I have gained from taking part in the events. I wish you well in your future events and would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every walker that takes part in the event, without whom I would be just another mad guy clapping and shouting on a street corner.
