Most of the forms and brochures published on this site for you to download are in Adobe Acrobat Format (PDF). PDF is much like "electronic paper" in that it retains the original layout of the document.
To get these forms there are two steps:
First, if you don't already have it, you need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software to open, view and print the files you download from this site. This software is free, and may be downloaded from the Adobe Website by "Clicking Here". Then install the Adobe Acrobat software following any on screen instructions.
Secondly, select the file you wish to download, ensure you click with your RIGHT mouse button, then select "Save file as". If you left-click, all that will happen is your browser will attempt to open the file you have selected right away in your browser without downloading it, this can can be a slow process.
